Settings
Access settings by clicking your avatar / name in the bottom of the sidebar, then selecting the desired option.
Edit Your Profile
- Click your avatar in the sidebar > Profile Settings.
- Your email is shown as read-only (managed by your identity provider).
- If infosec levels are enabled, your Classification Level is shown as a read-only badge with your assigned level name and color (set by your admin).
- Edit your First name and Last name.
- Click Save Changes.
- A confirmation banner appears: "Your new name is saved."
Change Your Password
- Click your avatar in the sidebar > Change Password.
- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter your New Password and Confirm Password.
- The form shows live validation for password requirements:
- Minimum length
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- And other policy-defined rules
- Click Save Password when all requirements are met.
Application Settings
- Click your avatar in the sidebar > Application Settings.
- Configure:
- Font size — select your preferred font size from the dropdown.
- Under Experimental Features:
- Theme — choose System (follows OS preference), Light, or Dark.
- Enable System Documents — toggle to enable document authoring within systems.
Developer Settings — Personal Access Tokens
Personal Access Tokens (PATs) allow programmatic access to the Istari API.
Generate a Token
- Click your avatar in the sidebar > Developer Settings.
- Click Generate New Token.
- In the New Personal Access Token dialog, enter a Token name.
- Click Generate.
- Copy the token immediately — it will only be shown once. Click Copy Token to copy.
View Existing Tokens
- The Personal Access Tokens table shows all your tokens with their name and creation date.
- The Registry URL is displayed below the table (click to copy).
Revoke Tokens
- Revoke a single token: Click the delete button on the token row and confirm.
- Revoke all tokens: Click Revoke All above the table and confirm.
