Istari Platform — User Guide
This guide walks you through every major feature of the Istari platform, organized by concept. Each section explains what you can do and exactly how to do it in the user interface.
Navigation Overview
After signing in, you will see the Sidebar on the left with the following navigation items:

User Menu
At the bottom of the sidebar, click your avatar / name to access:
- Profile Settings — edit your name
- Change Password — update your password
- Application Settings — theme, font size, experiments
- Developer Settings — personal access tokens and registry URL
- Admin Settings — organization administration (visible only to admins)
- Documentation — opens external documentation
- Log out — sign out of the platform

Tips
- Copy system link or ID: On a system detail page, click the ⋯ menu and select Copy system link or Copy system ID.
- Navigate with breadcrumbs: Breadcrumbs at the top of detail pages let you jump back to parent pages.
- Resizable panels: On the system and files detail pages, drag the divider between panels to resize them. Click the panel collapse icon (or press Cmd+[) to collapse or expand the left panel.
- Pagination: File lists and job tables support pagination — use the controls at the bottom to navigate between pages and adjust page size.
