Reset Password

Recover access to your account when you have forgotten your password.

tip

Already signed in? You can change your password from Settings > Change Password instead. See Settings.

1. Open your organization's Istari Digital URL in your browser.
2. Enter your email address and click Next.
3. On the password screen, click Reset Password.
4. Check your inbox for a password-reset email from Istari Digital (check spam/junk if you don't see it). Click Reset Password in the email.
5. Enter and confirm your new password. It must include:
   • At least 8 characters
   • Uppercase and lowercase letters
   • At least one number
   • At least one special character
6. Click Next. A confirmation screen confirms your password has been reset.
7. You will be redirected to the sign-in screen.
