Start by installing the Istari Digital Platform, then move on to the Istari Digital Agent installation and configuration. Below is a checklist for the installation process, and the rest of the documentation goes into detail about each topic.

The steps below must be repeated for each agent to be installed.
- Host Configuration
- Check host OS version for compatibility
- Make OS-specific configuration changes
- Agent Installation
- Select installer file
- Install agent

Version 11.4.0 includes a beta version of the Windows installer that will install the agent as a Windows service.
